• Discharge Bottom

PURATEK discharge bottoms are suitable for draining of large mud bunkers.

  • The discharge bottom consists of rows of screws arranged one after another. In such a way large areas can be developed and bridging can be avoided. PURATEK bunker discharge bottom has proven itself during transportation of non-compacted materials and pasty sludge such as sewage sludge. The screws are coupled via spur gears to be driven. The discharge takes place across the entire width. The material is then metered into a conveying system which is normally disposed.

The feed hopper can be fabricated from sheet steel with stiffening profiles. Alternatively, an on-site concrete bunker design is possible.
