The gate valve cross-section can be indi­vi­du­ally planned in diffe­rent sizes, with manual, elec­tric, pneu­matic or hydraulic actuator. Hand­wheel emer­gency opera­tion is possible. Alter­na­tively with manual actuator with trac­tion block and chain.

Desi­gned as gate valve for fine-grained and coarse-grained solids with rectan­gular flange connec­tion on both sides and hori­zontal gate valve plate. Minimum cons­truc­tion height is 100 mm. Mate­rial of cons­truc­tion is stain­less steel.

The PURATEK gate valve is also desi­gned as centri­fuge outlet gate valve for dewa­tered sludge. A special lateral type of the centri­fuge gate valve is desi­gned for thin, dewa­tered sludge, with raised inlet opening, lateral outlet DN 100–150–200 with discharge flange, closing plate and flus­hing connec­tion. Minimum cons­truc­tion height is 250 mm.
